Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation timing - decision required
Cancelling: when you cancel, your subscription stops at the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We confirm the cancellation and your final access date in writing. Cancel anytime by emailing info@thevaibe.vip or through billing controls where available.
2. Subscription refunds - decision required
Monthly plans: we do not give partial-month, unused-time or downgrade refunds, except where the law requires them.
3. Setup fee - decision required
Setup fee: fully refundable if you cancel before we start building your VIP. Once creation begins, the setup fee is non-refundable except where the law requires. We tell you when your build starts. Setup fees: VIP Starter $79.99, VIP Enhanced $179.99, VIP Zodiac $249 and VIP Twin Build $349.
4. Termination, founding rate and mistakes
If we end an account: account deletion removes your user data under Data Retention; it does not delete the underlying VIP character. If The vAIbe ends your account, we refund any unused paid time and stop future billing. Your legal rights always apply.
5. Changes
Provide the final policy before purchase. Future changes require notice and do not take away refund rights attached to an earlier purchase.
Founding Customer / Early Adopter Policy
1. Who qualifies
Founding customers are the first 50 paying customers who sign up and pay for a VIP in the initial launch group. A free tester account alone does not count as a paying founding place. We confirm eligibility with the purchase records.
2. Locked lower rate
Founding rate: any founding-customer rate is shown at checkout before you pay, and only the rate shown and confirmed to you in writing applies.
3. Founding recognition and participation
Founders help shape the service through feedback and receive priority invitations to try new features as they become available. Founding recognition and exclusive cosmetics can be offered as they are released; this is not a guarantee of a release date, every future upgrade or unlimited voice. Public recognition requires your permission. Separate written tester or individual founding promises already made by The vAIbe remain honored; this general policy does not replace them.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Returning founders: founding customers who cancel and later come back keep their locked founding rate.

Written notices: email info@thevaibe.vip. If you need a postal address for a formal legal notice, ask us there and we will provide it.
